The 2024 Canadian Masters Championships were hosted by Menihek Nordic ski club in Labrador City, Labrador west.  What a great event Gerry Rideout and his organizing committee put on for masters skiers from Labrador, Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia.  The volunteers and organizers went above and beyond with great skiing, exceptional complimentary daily lunches and evening meals!  

The classic and freestyle events were held on great courses with darn close to perfect conditions on scenic trails groomed to perfection … great work Alfie!!!

Competitors started in wave starts with age grouping set for tough but fun competitions with many close finishes and lots of smiles all around.  

The evening socials were hosted at the Menihek Club house and the famous Smokey Mountain Alpine Lodge with the awesome full size charcoal barbeque inside the Alpine Club house.  Great people, fun music and so much good food! 

A big thank you to Gerry and all your volunteers, sponsors and how can we forget our great Technical delegate and her team!  What a fantastic event and thank you for putting on such a great show for our Canadian Masters Championships 2024!

At the Canadian National event a draw is held for top of the line skis classic/skate, choice of length, camber, base, etc. Tickets are $10 each and may be purchased at the event, with your membership or by submitting this form along with payment to the National Director.
